Source California is led by the following professionals:

	David J. McMillan, ME, P.E. Executive Director Dave is one of the co-founders of Source California. He directs Large Power Plant Development and is involved with both the engineering analysis and project support functions of the company. His experience spans over 35 years in the energy industry in multiple engineering and supervisory capacities. Prior to founding Source California, Dave was employed by PG&E as Plant Engineering Supervisor, Senior Engineer, Project Manager/Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Design Engineer. He has supervised power production engineers, project engineers, plant chemistry, as well as administrative. Dave has extensive knowledge in capital projects, project management and managed power plant projects specifically designed to maintain safety, improve reliability, increase efficiency and meet environmental compliance requirements. Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the State of California.
	John Anthoni, ME, MBA Executive Director John is one of the co-founders and is the Chief Financial Officer of Source California. He directs the contracting and financing processes of the company. Prior to founding Source California, John was employed by PG&E as the Plant Engineering Supervisor at Morro Bay Power Plant. He was responsible for managing plant performance, maintaining equipment, system reliability and implementing capital upgrade projects. He was also Project Manager for a major Boiler and Turbine Controls Replacement Project replacing older pneumatic controls with state-of-the-art distributed controls systems. He worked as an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Group Supervisor, Test Supervisor, and I&C Engineer. John has a Masters degree in Business Administration with a Management concentration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. John is a registered ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Auditor and Certified ANSI N45.2 Quality Assurance Lead Auditor and also certifiable as an ANSI N45.2.6 Level III Test Inspector.
